whats the deal with the nissan gt-r price?

the base price of the gt-r on the Nissan web site is 76,840 but there is a disclaimer saying it excludes destination and handling charges so does that mean they exclude the charges of shipping it from a warehouse in the usa to your state or shipping it

The destination and handling charge is $1000. I believe that covers from U.S. port of entry to the destination dealership. If I remember correctly, the Titan/Armada used to be the most expensive destination/handling charge ($780), and they're assembled
