I have a 2006 EVO IX MR with a lot of mods, about 500whp. What is the best air filter to use?

Right now I'm using K&N but it's about time to let it go...I was wondering if anyone here thinks any other filter would be a better solution or give me some more power and flow. I see most people using K&N but I've heard some mixed reviews on

I would still recommend K&N. When tested, was the only brand of filter that actually allowed the engine to perform better than going without a filter at all.
