Lot of dust accumalating on vehicle when I use Polyester Car Cover. What to do?

I have purchased a Polyster Cover for my Car. I observe that when I leave the cover on the car for a long time there is lot of accumulation of dust on the cover which in turn falls on the car. The purpose of the car cover is not served if instead of protecting

remove the cover with a friend. one take the front, one the back. pull the bottom away near the corners and lift up turning the cover inside out. take it outside and shake it off.
