Broken Seat Belt in my Ford Explorer?

I have a 1991 Ford Explorer, and the drivers side seatbelt doesn't function properly. It will release, but, in order to latch it, I have to lift the button up with either a screwdriver or my keys, so I believe it is the spring that is broken. We attempted
