1994 Ford tempo top radiator hose collapsing and car over heating Whats Wrong?

I have a 1994 Ford Tempo with a 2.3L. The top radiator hose collapses and the car over heats. The water pump is working and I replaced the Thermostat all ready. What else can be doing this?

U need 2 have ur cooling system pressure tested,it's a quick & inexpensive way 2 make sure u don't have a cracked head or leaking head gasket,u surely have a flow problem, as the water pump is vacuuming the hose together.Please don't start replacing
